Bairnsdale - Hoddinott Reserve Playground
Updates are provided in the tab below
Hoddinott Reserve playground in East Bairnsdale will be upgraded.
Contemporary and interactive play facilities, new seating amenities and landscaping will reinvigorate and enhance the tired reserve. By upgrading facilities within the reserve, it will allow for increased play opportunities and activities for the local community.
Components within the reserve will include a play space for 4 to 12 years of age, shade trees, soft landscaping, picnic facilities and seating throughout the reserve. There will be structured play equipment under the shade structure, and a less formal nature-based play area of logs and stepping activities included.
This project us supported by the Victoria State Government Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions through the 2023-24 Local Sports Infrastructure Fund - Community Facilities Stream, and East Gippsland Shire Council.
