The upgrade to the Greer Street Sports Pavilion Carpark in Mallacoota was completed in May 2024.

About the Project

East Gippsland Shire Council, along with the Mallacoota community have been working towards the design and construction of a new carpark to compliment the already finished sports pavilion.

Project Scope

The initial design included five new carparks; however, the new design has provided more than double the original amount. A disabled carpark, new kerb and channel, and associated drainage works will also be included.

Streeter Civil Engineering Services Pty. Ltd. has been engaged to undertake detailed design. Due the increased project scope and subsequent price increase, commencement of construction is subject to future funding availability.

Funding

Funding for this project is provided by East Gippsland Shire Council.
