To support a mix of land uses and activities to meet local community needs and grow local employment.
To respect the landscape and environmental attributes while increasing resilience to natural hazards.
To ensure that new development respects and contributes to the character and setting of Swifts Creek.
To improve movement connections in and around the township so that they are safe and accessible.
To ensure that community facilities and infrastructure support a healthy, resilient and cohesive community.
To provide the physical infrastructure and services necessary to meet the current and future growth needs of Swifts Creek.

Your input will help us to:

Understand local context and knowledge
Identify opportunities and challenges we might not see on paper.
Ensure the Swifts Creek Structure Plan reflects community expectations.
