Community feedback regarding the proposed removal of the existing skate facility to make way for a new Pocket Park was mixed. While some supported the idea of a welcoming, passive open space, others expressed concern about losing a valued recreational facility.

In response, we are now exploring options to redesign and improve amenities to better meet community needs. Once a draft design is developed, we will re-engage with the community to seek further input and ensure the final outcome reflects local priorities.
