๐Ÿ“… September 2025

What's happening now
  • The northern seawall installation is complete, with geotechnical backfill underway.
  • Fabrication of floating pontoons is in progress.
  • The southern section of the project has been topsoiled and hydro-seeded to ensure maximum growth over spring.
We've had discussions with stakeholders regarding the extension of jetty lengths, which have produced favourable outcomes. One fixed jetty north of the boat ramp will be replaced with two floating jetties, located north and south of the ramp. This also improves the usability of the commercial boat ramp, based on stakeholder input.

Upcoming works
  • Continued fabrication and installation of floating pontoons
  • Installation of kerb, topsoil, and seeding behind the northern seawall
  • Pre-fabrication and installation of a new, longer and deeper commercial boat ramp
  • Completion of the service jetty installation
  • Commissioning of all service connections (power, water, fire)
  • Car park sealing and asphalting
  • Car park line marking
