Project Update August 2026

We're pleased to share that works at the Slip Road Maritime Precinct continue to progress well.

Next steps include prefabrication of new security gates and railings, helping to enhance safety and access throughout the precinct. In the coming weeks, works will move to the preparation and sealing of the carpark, marking another significant milestone in the project.

We thank the community for its patience and support as these final improvements are completed.

To celebrate the completion of the upgrade, East Gippsland Shire Council is planning an official opening event and we invite the community to join us.
