Slip Road Marina Precinct Upgrade is progressing and due for completion June 2026.

What’s happening now:

• Marina Jetty 2 is nearing completion
• Jetty number 3 is in the prefabrication stage.
• Boat ramp prefabrication complete and ready for installation.
• Service Jetty prefabrication nearing completion and expected to be installed in a couple of months.
• Fire and potable water design complete and ready for construction in the next 2 months.
• Hydro seeding of southern section complete, with regular watering happening to ensure maximum seed strike.

What’s happening next:

• Underground services installation is expected to be completed in January.
• Boat ramp and jetty installations.
• Kerbing, landscaping, and carpark asphalting will be completed once the above works have been completed.
