Have your say - Rupert Street (west)/Giles Street upgrade

Please review the concept plan prior to completing this survey -

Our design consultant has developed a concept plan for the upgrade of Rupert Street (west of Bairnsdale City Oval) and part of Giles Street in Bairnsdale.

The concept design addresses drainage and pavement issues. It also provides a new entry to the Bairnsdale City Oval on the west side.

The proposed works include new road pavement, kerb and channel, and underground drainage.

A footpath on the north side of Rupert Street may be considered but it would mean that the trees would have to be removed.

We want to hear what you think and welcome your feedback on the concept design.

Survey closes midday Monday 2 June 2025.

We are committed to planning and building infrastructure that supports safety and enriches the lifestyle and character of our communities.
