Enhance and enrich the prominent foreshore location -
The Gippsland Lakes Yacht Club precinct is located on a prominent foreshore site, abutting Lake Victoria and the McMillans Strait and is a cornerstone of the Paynesville township and should be sensitively upgraded to improve the amenity of the site.

    Benefit from tourism -
There is an opportunity to improve the benefits, both direct and indirect, associated with events at the venue for local communities, and the broader region.

Create long-term value for East Gippsland and the local communities -
