Works at the Omeo Heritage Precinct are now around 95% complete.

The builder recommenced works in late November 2025, with progress continuing across both the Old and New Courthouses. Some coordination has been required to manage access around heritage items and to transition to a new electrician following the retirement of the original contractor.

The builder and electrician are working to finalise remaining works.
