The hall has reached lock-up, meaning it’s fully enclosed and secure.

Recently completed

• Exterior cladding and roof flashings
• Kitchen plastering
• Concrete footpath poured at the rear of the building
• drainage pits - to help direct water away from the building

What’s happening now

• front entry extension
• Installation of the new kitchen

What’s next

• Painting - starting with the outside of the hall and the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer.
• Prepare for the lift installation, improving accessibility.
• Vinyl flooring in the kitchen.
• Final plastering of the remaining internal areas.
• Install a new accessible car park.
