The draft Leasing and Licensing Policy sets out how we will apply the principles of leasing and licensing including:
- Maximising community benefit
- Continuing to ensure that all agreements are developed and approved through an accountable and transparent allocation process
- Ensuring that all agreements are subject to appropriate terms and conditions
