The draft Leasing and Licensing Policy sets out how we will apply the principles of leasing and licensing including:

Maximising community benefit
Continuing to ensure that all agreements are developed and approved through an accountable and transparent allocation process
Ensuring that all agreements are subject to appropriate terms and conditions
