We recently asked for feedback on the draft Leasing and Licensing Policy. Thank you to those who got involved, and shared ideas and feedback. Three submissions were received, 139 participants visited the Your Say project page, and positive suggestions were made through the community engagement process. This information will be reviewed and incorporated into the Policy where possible. The Policy will be presented to Council for adoption at the next available Council meeting.

• Public notice placed in the Shire Noticeboard Section of local newspapers
• Public notice on Council’s website
• Facebook post informing of the new draft policy
• Information and survey in all customer service centres
• Your Say page and feedback form

• The feedback received was positive with suggestions made for consideration into the policy
• There were 139 visits to the Your Say project page during the community engagement period
• 13 participants downloaded the draft Policy
• 4 participants visited the FAQ list on the Your Say project page
• 15 participants visited multiple project pages on Your Say

Community feedback, including all views expressed, will be presented to Council for consideration to support the decision-making process.
