Expression of interest - East Gippsland Disability Network

COLLECTION NOTICE: East Gippsland Shire Council collects your information to for the purpose of the Expression of interest (EOI) for the East Gippsland Disability Network. The information you provide will be used to inform to determine your eligibility to participate in the private forum and to help Council learn more about how the community would like to participate in future Council decision-making processes. The EOI allows you to submit your information to participate in council feedback process. Please note your information will be visible to Council staff for the specific purpose of the EOI. Words provided in your feedback will not be used or repeated in any public communications or reporting. 

The personal information provided by you will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and will not be disclosed to other people or organisations without your prior written consent, or where it is required by law.
