Draft Revised Council Plan 2017-2021

The Plan focuses on what we want for East Gippsland now and for the future and documents how we will work towards this over the next four years.

The Plan consists of three key themes for the region: Strong Communities, A Liveable Region, A Growing Regional Area of Opportunities. These are underpinned by two themes that guide how we will work to achieve this through Good Governance and Responsive Services.

It also provides a foundation for anyone with an interest in the region’s future to work towards common goals.
