At its meeting held on Tuesday 16 March 2021, Council determined that for the period 2020-2024 Council term, it proposes to maintain annual allowance for the Mayor and Councillors at the levels set by Council for the 2016-2020 period.

These are:

· Councillors - $26,245; and

· Mayor - $81,204

As mandated by the Victorian Government, in addition to this allowance Councillors will receive an amount equivalent to the superannuation guarantee contribution (currently9.5%).

Council would welcome feedback on this proposal.
