Council is leading the development of a new four-year municipal health and wellbeing plan, ‘Well placed for Wellbeing 2021-25’. The aim of this plan is to improve the health and wellbeing of all East Gippsland communities.

Join the conversation and tell us what is most important to the health and wellbeing of East Gippsland communities.

We are keen to hear what the most important health and wellbeing priorities are for our communities over the coming four years.

Good health and wellbeing is important. It enables people to participate fully in community life and is essential for a strong economy.

Working with our health partners and communities, five priority areas have been identified, as shown below.

Do you agree with these priorities? Please give us your feedback by taking our survey.

Feedback closes on Thursday 30 September.

Liveable: East Gippslanders have healthy, accessible, safe and sustainable natural and built environments

Healthy and well: East Gippslanders are socially, emotionally, mentally and physically health and well

Safe and secure: East Gippsland individuals, families and communities are safe and inclusive

Connected to culture and community: East Gippslanders are resilient, culturally connected and able to adapt to change

Able to participate: All East Gippslanders have access to economic and educational opportunities
