Have your say and be part of reshaping the future of visitor services in East Gippsland

The tourism industry has had a significant shake-up so now is a good time to review how future visitor servicing could look like in East Gippsland. As part of this, we would like to invite East Gippsland residents to participate in the below survey, which will help us to evolve our service offerings.

The survey is a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the significant role residents play to visitors of our region during all stages of their visitors’ journey.

As a thank you for completing the survey, you can go into the draw to win one night at a lagoon-side Glamping Tent at the new Metung Hot Springs complete with welcome drinks and canapes, breakfast and wellness activities for two guests.

All responses are confidential and have the option to be anonymous. Provided contact details will only be used for the purposes of this project (such as the prize draw).

East Gippsland Shire Council undertakes regular reviews of all our services to ensure they are aligned with the Community Vision, Council Plan, the Local Government Act 2020, and our strategic plans.
