At the Council meeting held 9 June, Council resolved to grant a permit for the proposed development. Following this decision, a Notice of Decision to Grant a Permit was subsequently issued 15^th June 2026 under section 64 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (the Act).

During the notice period:

• Any person who objected to the application may lodge an appeal against the decision to grant the permit. Appeals must be lodged within 28 days of the Notice being issued. If no appeal is received within this period, the permit will be issued.
• The applicant may also appeal any of the conditions included in the Notice of Decision. These appeals must be lodged within 60 days of the Notice being issued.
• All appeals must be lodged with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
