110 Palmers Road and 30 Thorpes Lane, Lakes Entrance Development Plan

As required by the East Gippsland Planning Scheme, a Development Plan has been lodged with council for approval for 110 Palmers Road and 30 Thorpes Lane, Lakes Entrance.

The proposed plan is a multi-lot subdivision which will allow for 162 residential allotments. The subdivision layout respects both the established and preferred neighbourhood character for the precinct.

Lots have been designed with varying dimensions to ensure appropriate solar access, and to maximise expansive southerly ocean views where achievable. The scheme of subdivision also proposes variation in the width of lot frontages in response to the ground conditions.

Consultation closed 5.00pm, Wednesday January 31, 2018.
