Metung - Tennis Courts

Council recently received funding from Sport and Recreation Victoria for the upgrade of the surface to the existing tennis courts in Metung. The existing concrete courts will be upgraded to synthetic turf along with net and post replacement. Fencing works will also be carried out to support this important community facility upgrade.

The goal of the project is to increase the use of the courts and to encourage participation in sport and tennis amongst all age groups for the wider Metung community. The new surface will create a more user friendly facility.

Budget

This project is primarily funded through Sport and Recreation Victoria with contribution from Council.
