COLLECTION NOTICE: East Gippsland Shire Council collects your information to seek feedback on the Mallacoota Foreshore Holiday Park Masterplan. The information you provide will be used to inform the Masterplan development process. The survey allows you to submit your feedback anonymously; however, if you choose to include any personal information, or make reference to where you live, it may be possible to identify you. Please note your feedback will be visible to Council staff and our consultants for the project ODEN360 for the specific purpose of developing the Mallacoota Foreshore Holiday Park Masterplan. Words provided in your feedback may be used or repeated in public communications or reporting. This survey includes general questions about the participant (i.e. location and age bracket) to give an indication of the audience reached. The personal information provided will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and will not be disclosed to other people or organisations without your prior written consent, or where it is required by law.
