What happens to the Expression of Interest?

This is a pilot project. The Expression of Interest process helps us understand the number of property owners who are wanting a free native vegetation management plan.

The project aims to support landholders to increase understanding and capacity to enhance biodiversity on private freehold land.

If successful, your details will be provided to a third-party contractor (botanist/ecologist) who will undertake the native vegetation management plan.

You will be required to meet on site and provide access so the contractor can undertake the assessment.

In the following weeks after the site visit, you will be provided a copy of the landholder management plan for native vegetation.

Please note: a condition of this project is that Council will contact you in the future to evaluate the outcomes of the project and seek feedback.
