Survey - Harry Clues Memorial Reserve play space options

COLLECTION NOTICE — East Gippsland Shire Council collects your information to seek feedback on the design options for the development of the Harry Clues Memorial Reserve play space in Johnsonville. The information you provide will be used to ensure that the new play space reflects the character, values and aspirations of the Johnsonville community. This project allows you to submit your feedback anonymously however, if you choose to include any personal information, or make reference to where you live, it may be possible to identify you given the specific nature of this project. Please note your feedback will be visible to Council staff, including the Project Supervisor and external contractors for the specific purpose of developing this Johnsonville project. Words provided in your feedback will not be used or repeated in any public communications or reporting. This survey includes general questions about the participant (i.e. location and age bracket) to give an indication of the audience reached. The personal information provided will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and will not be disclosed to other people or organisations without your prior written consent, or where it is required by law. Survey results will be used to shape any changes to the draft concept design before going to detail design.
