Join the Project Reference Group - Lakes Entrance Indoor Stadium
A Project Reference Group will be established to help guide the stadium design project.
Please complete the form to express your interest in joining the PRG for the Lakes Entrance Indoor Stadium design project.
Applications are welcome until 30 July 2025.
The PRG will provide input on the design options and will be included on communications of detailed design. The group is selected with the intention of forming a representative section of the most significant interests that will use or appreciate the area, and to facilitate community involvement in identifying problems and evaluating solutions.
Local organisations, including the Lakes Entrance Amateur Basketball Association, Lakes Entrance Tennis Club, Bairnsdale Soccer Club (futsal), and Lakes Entrance Action and Development Association (LEADA) have been invited to nominate one represent each as a direct appointment to the PRG.
In addition to these groups, five (5) positions remain open for interested community members.
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Can offer a broad community or recreational perspective
- Are interested in contributing to a major local project
- Can commit to attending several PRG meetings for the duration of the design
We will confirm PRG members in early August 2025. Applicants will be contacted directly.
East Gippsland Shire Council is collecting your information to assess expressions of interest for the Project Reference Group (PRG) for the Lakes Entrance Indoor Stadium project.
Your responses will be used solely to help Council form a diverse and representative group of community members. Submissions will be accessible to relevant Council staff, including the Project Supervisor and Executive Leadership Team, for this purpose only.
Please note: the information you provide will not be published or quoted in any public reports or communications.
