Join the PRG

A Project Reference Group (PRG) will be established to help guide this project moving forward. 

Please complete the form to express your interest in joining the Project Reference Group for the Sarsfield Recreation Reserve and Community Hall Revitalisation. 

Applications are welcome until 3 July 2023.

The PRG will provide a representative viewpoint on the design options and will be included on communications of detailed design. The group will be chosen with the intention of forming a representative section of the most significant interests that will use or appreciate the area, and to facilitate community involvement in identifying problems and evaluating solutions.

Reference Group members will contribute both local and technical knowledge about issues that are relevant to the project and provide representation for a variety of stakeholder interests. We are looking to find a diverse group of individuals to work together to get the best result for the community. For the Sarsfield Recreation Reserve and Community Hall Revitalisation PRG, we are looking for representatives from each of the following interest groups - 

• business owners
• school community
• sporting clubs
• yoga group
• mothers' group
• CFA
• local community members

The Project Supervisor will be advised of your interest and successful applicants will be contacted via email.
