The Crooke Street Wetlands project is now complete.

This initiative not only improves water quality and reduces pollution but also enhances the natural beauty and biodiversity of our region.

The site has been slashed and weed controls in place and no additional works are required.

We thank all of our project partners and the community for their support in making this project a success.

Fun fact: The Gippsland Lakes meet six of the nine criteria for Ramsar sites.
