Planning Scheme Amendment C171egip – Implementation of the Eagle Point Structure Plan
What is Planning Scheme Amendment C171egip?
Amendment C171egip (the Amendment) proposes to update the East Gippsland Planning Scheme by implementing recommendations of the Eagle Point Structure Plan (EPSP).
The EPSP provides a framework for the future growth of Eagle Point. It identifies the special qualities of the town and recommends policies to protect and enhance its character and environmental values. It also identifies opportunities for modest residential growth of the town, in appropriate locations.
Details of the proposed changes relating to the Eagle Point Structure Plan can be found in the Amendment C171 Explanatory Report. It is recommended that interested community members review the Amendment documentation to determine how the Amendment relates to your land or interests.
