Project Update 8 June 2023

Bullock Island Masterplan Implementation associated works are progressing well. The Bullock Island car parks and access Road are currently closed (5 June – 3 July 2023).

Lakes Entrance Fishing Cooperative, Gippsland Ports Boat Yard, and TAFE are not impacted by these closures and will be trading as normal during this time.

Current works include;

• Surface preparation for road works (nearing completion)
• Drainage installation (nearing completion)
• Eastern car park pavement
• Footpath works

Completed works include;

• Vegetation removal
• Kerb installation
• Excavation works in Southern car park
• Installation of subgrade and pavement material in southern car park

Solar lighting and street furniture is due to be delivered mid-June.
