✅ Drainage infrastructure is nearly complete, including subsoil drainage around the playground areas to improve long-term usability.

✅ Playground equipment installation is well underway, with most structures now in place. The contractor is currently preparing and installing the rubberised softfall surface, with mulch to follow shortly.

⚠️ Additional equipment delay: New playground items that were ordered to replace equipment originally planned for reuse are expected to arrive in approximately 7 weeks. As a result, the shaded section of the playground will remain closed and fenced off until mid-July. We appreciate your understanding, as this delay is outside the contractor’s control.

✅ Accessibility improvements: Concrete pads and path connections for the new accessible picnic seating have been completed; installation of the new furniture is scheduled for the coming week.
