189 Palmers Road, Lakes Entrance Subdivision Development Plan

As required by the East Gippsland Planning Scheme, a Development Plan has been lodged for approval at 189 Palmers Road, Lakes Entrance. Community members are invited to view these plans prior to their formal consideration by Council.

The Development Plan proposes to create 56 residential allotments and a large balance allotment within the southern portion of 189 Palmers Road, which is currently part of the Lakes View Golf Course.

The subdivision is proposed to connect with the existing residential subdivision located in Country Club Drive. Residential allotments vary in size and scale, ranging between 576m2 and 1,479m2. The average lot size proposed is 914m2. Lots have been designed with varying dimensions to ensure appropriate solar access, and to maximise expansive southerly ocean views where achievable.
